1. Problem

On Metamask (BNB Chain), CKRW and GOLDKR balances may display as “0”.

This is not a loss of assets.
 It is caused by a network query delay, and all funds remain safe on the blockchain.

2. Solution (How to Fix)

Changing the RPC server will immediately resolve this issue.

Step-by-step instructions

1. Open Metamask
2. Go to Settings → Networks → BNB Chain
3. Delete the current RPC URL: https://bsc-mainnet.infura.io
4. Enter the official RPC URL below: https://bsc-dataseed1.binance.org
5. Tap Save

Important:
 Do NOT add a slash ( / ) at the end of the URL. It will cause connection failure.

3. Network Settings (Verify After Change)

Make sure your network configuration is set as follows:

• Network Name: BNB Chain
• RPC URL: https://bsc-dataseed1.binance.org
• Chain ID: 56
• Currency Symbol: BNB
• Block Explorer: https://bscscan.com

4. If Balance Is Still Not Displayed

If CKRW or GOLDKR still shows zero:

Go to Import Token and manually re-add the token contracts.

5. Why This Happens

Old RPC Server

https://bsc-mainnet.infura.io

This endpoint is no longer maintained as an official BNB Chain RPC.
 It may connect, but often fails to return accurate balance data.

Official RPC Server

https://bsc-dataseed1.binance.or

This is an official public node operated by BNB Chain.
 It retrieves blockchain data directly from validators and provides reliable, real-time balance updates.
